Lili’s Farm is a family owned organic farm in Mashghara & Ain El-Tineh, West Bekaa-Lebanon. It aims at upcycling agriculture byproducts from the Bekaa Valley and the holy Oak forest setting it is located within to provide the health conscious customer with a special healthy products full of vitamins, proteins and flavor, and renowned for their medicinal and antioxidant properties: Organic Specialty Mushrooms. Lili’s farm owners harbored essential skills for converting existing rural and urban spaces into incubation and fruiting environments, using custom made climate controls and automation systems as well as locally sourced products to produce organic specialty mushrooms like Oyster mushrooms, Red-Wine Cap or King Stropharia mushrooms, Shiitake and others.
